First off, go to the Galleries page, and find which location you saw us at, click on that location and it will take you to the galleries for all the dates we were at the location. Find the date you saw us ( most days are broken down into separate galleries by time, to save you trawling through 100's of pics.)
Once you have found your pic, if you click on it, it will open up to view with a cart icon above it, click on the cart icon, and all the buying options will open in a list, then simply select which option you would like (digital download, print, canvas etc) and add to your cart.

Digital downloads should be immediate- you should see a download link after checking out, failing that you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to download the file, if you don't see it check your junk folder.
For some reason, some Apple devices really don't like downloading the files, so if you have any problems, do not hesitate to contact us using the form below, and we can email the image over to you. Please don't buy the same image twice, as once purchased, it cannot be refunded.
Physical Prints can take up to 7 days for delivery, but are normally alot quicker and are recieved in 3-5 days. In any case, you will recive an email with an ETA once your item is dispatched.
Canvas, framed prints and clothing are all made to order, and as such have a longer delivery time, which varies. Again, you will receive an email with an ETA and tracking information (when appropriate) once your item has been dispatched.

We will always try to capture every bike that passes us by, but this is not always possible (if you are in a large group, and all close together, for example)
Not all pictures that are taken are added to the website. We always try to upload as many as possible of each bike we see, to give you plenty of choice, however any that are out of focus, blurred, out of frame etc will not be added to the website for sale.

The best way to stay up to date, is to like the Facebook page, Roadrunnerpics. We post all our upcoming shoots on there- look under the "Events" tab. by doing this, you will be informed of any changes to dates/times/locations which sometimes occur due to weather/ road closures etc.
